ALTA+ by Ollie features 2 and 3-bedroom micro suites, including options with ensuite bathrooms. Every private bedroom comes with a combination of these essentials: a queen or full-size mattress and bed, pillows, linens, towels, pillows, full-length mirror, closet, desk, chair, hard wood stool, and lamp.
Residents enjoy housekeeping services, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, premium TV programming, and regular in and out-of-building community events - all included in your rent.
The Building
ALTA LIC is a full-service luxury high-rise in the heart of Long Island City. Opened in 2018, the building is home to Ollie microsuites on floors 2-16, and traditional studio, one, and two-bedroom homes on floors 17-42. ALTA LIC features an expansive amenity catalog of indoor lounges, rooftop subdecks, a coworking and game room, and a state-of-the-art fitness center that includes a lap pool, yoga studio, and golf simulator. Residents also have access to pet services through Throw Me A Bone, and in-building laundry facilities.
